Conference Attendee Information

Thank you for registering. We look forward to meeting you! Please read the information below regarding what to bring and what to expect once you arrive.

What's New This Year?

  •  We will continue with a women's meeting this year. Our intent is to provide a time for the women, including young women, to hear focused teaching and encouragement. To facilitate this, we have structured the time so that the husbands and fathers can watch the little ones so that the women can relax and enjoy their focused time together.
  • The area for campers will be moved to a quieter place away from the lawn / play area.
  • We are including an outdoor faith lesson for the young men (ages 10 and up) during the afternoon, while the women attend the women's meeting.
  • We have continued to adjust the spacing of the messages to optimize time for conversation and leg-stretching.
  • We plan to have a relaxing and uplifting time for music and praise Saturday evening for anyone who would like to participate. Please bring your instruments and participate! If you have a musical presentation you would like to share with everyone, please let us know so that we can help facilitate you!

Conference Schedule

  • Registration will begin at 6:30 p.m., Friday evening (April 1). The conference will formally begin with opening announcements and corporate singing at 7:00 p.m. The first presentation will begin at 7:30 p.m.
  • Saturday's activities will begin at 9:00 a.m. However, if you did not have a chance to register Friday evening, or if you missed Friday evening altogether, please arrive by 8:30 a.m. for registration.
  • All ages are welcome to attend all the presentations.
  • There will be a session on Sunday morning for all who are present. This will include corporate singing, prayer, reading of the word, and the final message. All are welcome to linger during the afternoon for refreshments and fellowship.

What You Should Know

  • This conference is focused on teaching and not entertainment.  There is outlet for youthful energy in volleyball or hiking the terrain on the property, but there are no planned activities for the youth. Consider bringing things to occupy your youngsters, and encourage your young men and women to enter into the teaching and fellowship.
  • Saturday's lunch and supper will be provided free of charge for all attendees.
  • Please bring your own breakfast on Saturday and Sunday mornings; breakfast will not be provided at the conference.
  • Sunday lunch will be a potluck meal. If you desire to participate, please bring a dish large enough to feed your family to contribute to the potluck. We will have some refrigerator space available to assist you in food storage.
  • Cold drinks and some snacks will be provided throughout the day. However, we would greatly appreciate it if you brought a snack to add to the options. If everyone helps out, there will be an abundance!
  • Though you are free to eat in the conference building, you may want to bring some lawn chairs to be able to set up in the shade, and enjoy the fresh air.
  • Please come prepared for the weather.  April weather can be quite moderate and pleasant, but it is possible to get rain, as well as warmer temperatures.
  • Space is available for campers who want to stay on location. Please contact Scott Parish for details.
